At CXC we take customer support very seriously.

Exclusive Personal Support Representatives...

Every CXC Motion Pro II owner is assigned a personal support representative who is on call 24/7. These tech professionals help customers with any inquiries about their simulator. They are eager to help with software updates, installing new cars/tracks, hardware updates, or even organizing an online race with the owner. We believe that having a name and number of someone you know who understands your personal needs as well as your system makes for a better relationship with our customers.

Bulletproof Design and Warranty...

Our Motion Pro II simulators are designed and built to highest aerospace standards and offer virtually bulletproof reliability. They come with an unprecedented one-year, no-questions-asked warranty. Major components like the displays and custom-built simulation PC are covered by a full, three-year warranty. What's more, redundancy is incorporated with key components of CXC Simulators, including cloned, hot-swap hard drives.

In three years of operation, CXC Simulations has enjoyed a virtually zero-hardware failure rate. The reason for this lies in the design, construction and operational protocols built in to every CXC product. In the (very unlikely) event of any kind of hardware failure the customer has the option of replacing the part themselves or having a local CXC representative do it for them. This applies to upgrades as well.

Your simulator will never go out of date...

CXC Motion Pro simulators are fully modular in design. As we continue our industry-leading path of innovation with new components and simulation products, owners may be confidant that their simulator has been engineered to remain fully compatible with all new products. All major simulator components can be quickly and easily changed-out making removal and replacement an easy task.

The company can also quickly and easily update any CXC simulator with the latest software (this is a no-extra-charge service during the warranty period) to ensure that they have the latest in racing software and content. This includes cars, tracks, and even entire simulation software suites.

Simple Software Training and Updates...

CXC has designed a unique remote control capability into every unit which can be enabled or disabled at the discretion of the owner. With this exclusive system enabled, CXC Simulations can remotely continue advanced training programs, update software, or troubleshoot any operational issues directly from our Tech Center.

The Takeaway...

CXC Motion Pro simulators are designed to deliver the best possible simulation experience. They are built to last mechanically and be easily upgradeable - and thus never out of date. But as confidant as we are of our products, we treasure our reputation for unparalleled customer relations and support.

"Chris is my support rep at CXC. When I got my MP II, Chris helped install it, showed me how to use it and got me started racing online. He said..."if you need me, don't hesitate to call... even late at night or early in the morning". BS, right? Wrong. I once called him, late afternoon my time. As it turned out, he was in the Middle East doing an install there. At 4 am his time, he was explaining how to turn the volume up on my headset. Cheerfully! That's what I call service. CXC rocks."
